Presenting an unusual Ottoman Empire tinned copper dallah coffee boiler. The body is adorned with intricate engravings, possibly including some Arabic scripts. The star and crescent final is attached to the hinged lid by a brass bolt and nut. It also features a long handle for easy handling.
Dating back to the late 19th century, this pot remains in very nice condition with minimal tin plating loss to the interior. The spout is fully functional, and the lid closes tight. Some grease and coffee stains are visible. The hinge shows signs of rust. A small dent is present on the handle where the lid lands as shown in photos. Please review all photos carefully before placing your bids. Thanks for looking!
