Good vintage condition. Has general wear/tear/scratching, but nothing too significant. The ring is stretchy, so one size will fit most but it did not get taut on my ring sizer until about size 7.5-8 - closer to 8. Size 8.5-9 should fit as well, but anything much larger than that will likely be a bit tight and displace the metal columns enough to expose your finger on the back.
