Lovely vintage 3 piece set.  The chenille top is American Girl Brand and the outfit is from Gymboree circa 1995.  It's in awesome condition, you would not know it's almost 30 years old.  It is tagged as Small which Gymboree says is a size 5/6 however I would put it more at a 4/5, and here are the measurements :

swing top: 14.5" shoulder to hem, 13" pit to pit, 13" shoulder hem to wrist.  Pant waist stretches 16-26" and they measure 18.5" waist to ankle. No rips, stains or holes.  From a clean, non-smoking and pet-free home.
