From Sandcastle Creations (1992)
Sandcastle Creations (no longer in existence) sold doll clothing. The company would pay sewists to follow their patterns to make doll clothing that they could sell. You would first have to make a sample and send it in for the company to critique. If your work was accepted, you would be asked to start producing for them. Per the contract (in this packet) you would be paid $5 a dress for your time and effort.
Included in this listing are the instructions, pattern (uncut) and materials to make a sample dress. This is the "Tea Party" design for an 18" doll. Along with the pattern and instructions are a piece of ivory taffeta, some ivory lace, a small ribbon and snaps.
Please note, the last photo is included as an example of what the finished product might look like. I found it when trying to research this company. I do not believe the company still exists. The pattern is copyright 1992.
