In very good working condition other than showing age and tarnish and some light rust inside being it was made and used as an outdoor item. Measures about 6 1/4 inches long from handle to bottom of bell and is about 3 1/2 inches in diameter. The wood ringer is about 1 inch longer than the bell. See photos.
