In very good condition other than tarnish from lack of use. Measures abut 1 inch wide and is about 1 3/4 inches long. Marked on back Mexico and has copyright mark EFS mark. Silver content not marked, but Save the Children pins are handmade silver pieces. The black spot on the back is the reflection of the camera. Pin is shiny silver in color.
