affiliated or associated with the manufacturers of the products sold. Consequently,
Sofitrek does not represent the manufacturers of these products in any capacity.

The buyer is solely responsible for adhering to all terms of any End-User License
Agreement or similar documentation related to the products, particularly concerning the
obtaining, installation, and use of firmware or software.
By purchasing from Sofitrek, the buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to
