The Jet Line System is well suited for processing all types of surfactant-free water-wash photopolymer plates. This ultra-modern processor produces press-ready plates in one continuous operation.  The Jet Line System is an in-line design plate-making device consisting of a washer, dryer, and post-exposure section.

The Jet Line System can process analog or digital plates and any thickness up to 0.0.67” / 1.70 mm. Film-backed plates are mounted on a sticky transport platen, while metal-backed plates are placed directly into the Jet Line’s washout section.  The Jet Line’s automatic processing guarantees consistent press-ready quality, every time.
