It also contains Witch Hazel water, a shrub used for centuries for its disinfectant and anti-inflammatory properties. Soak a cotton pad with Perfecting Toning Lotion and gently apply on face and neck, without rubbing. Apply in the morning to clean sebum produced during the night and in the evening to remove make-up and eliminate impurities from the day.
