D. Sutton NY, NY.  It is silver plated, hand polished and lacquer coated for a beautiful glow.  On the back it still has original price of $10.00 and the name Doris written in pen.  This adorable ABC block bank is an accent piece that can be added to any boy or girl nursery and features letters and different animal pictures.  This ABC block bank is gender neutral and is the ideal gift for the next baby shower, birthday present, confirmation, baptism, communion or just because!!!  Don't forget it's already in its own gift box.  Condition is vintage in original box still factory sealed.  I cannot see any chips, cracks or fading but I can only see one side of the bank.
