These running shoes from Nike are the Turbulence 16 Air Max. They are gray with black mesh, blue trim and white. Women's size 6-1/2. Model 395765-005.

The condition is as shown in the photographs. No foul, pet or smoke odors. Moderate signs of wear, some scuffs and discoloration spots. Tread still appears to have some good life left.
