Vintage Butterick 6192 very easy plus size sewing pattern to make a belted shirt dress with shoulder pads that buttons both front and back. Available in Misses' Size 18-22. Pattern is uncut with factory folds, but please read condition notes below. OOP pattern copyright 1988. See last photo for a size chart with measurements.

Misses' Dress. Loose-fitting, straight, blouson dress, mid-knee or below mid-knee, has notched collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, yoke with forward shoulder seams, mock front and back bands, pockets, and above elbow or long sleeves rolled-up (wrong side shows) with stitched hem. Purchased belt.

Condition: Pattern has a somewhat musty smell from storage. Envelope has brown spotting (foxing), writing on the back, a store stamp and storage wear.
