Air Service Information
The air service guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond our courier's control; including but not limited to weather conditions or natural disasters while en route or upon delivery; government imposed security regulations; disruptions with transportation networks that the courier uses (ground or air); delays imposed by customs authorities; strikes and labor dispute
-Any returned/unclaimed packages will be credited less the original shipping fees as they are non-refundable and a 15 % restocking fee will be applied
-Any orders processed after 12 pm PST are processed the following business day.
-Deliveries are made on business days ONLY. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays. There are no weekend deliveries.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)
Selected International Orders are accepted.
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the United States are solely responsible for knowing the customs policy for the Country they are shipping to. Some products may not be authorized within the Country you have selected and can be stopped, refused or destroyed at which point the customer is still responsible for all payments and fees regarding the order. Please note the addressee is responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees as they are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. All shipping fees on unclaimed or refused packages are non-refundable and an additional $50.00 will apply.

Item(s) shipped by our company may be returned for a refund under these conditions. Please note we do not make exchanges.
- PLEASE INSPECT EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM UPON DELIVERY. Any concerns or damages must be reported within 24 hours
- Any returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt. Items must be in manufacture condition with its original packaging. NO EXEPTIONS
- We are not responsible for any shipment cost in returning an item.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items and the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is do to our error.
- Open item(s) are subject to a 15% restocking fee (unless an unboxed item was purchased.)
- Return shipping fees may apply on packages that are undeliverable due to address error(s) made by the customer and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Refused packages will incur a 15% restocking fee and will automatically loose the original shipping fees unless it is our error
- All packages that have received free standard shipping will be credited less $5.00 for packages that are returned unclaimed/undeliverable.
- Returns will only be accepted with an approved return merchandise authorization number. Please contact our customer service to obtain an RMA number.
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (such as missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department with 24-48 hours after delivery. Please keep all damaged item(s) and related packaging material so you can send the item(s) back to our warehouse. Please note a claim can not be honored without the retrieval of the items or package material.
