Oil canvas antique Ann Wilson signed painting girl flower Canvas Vintage

Original early American Ann Wilson signed girl with flower oil canvas painting. She’s kind of a creepy little girl but remains in her original wooden frame. There are a few dings on the wood from her many years of traveling but nothing major and nothing that a little sand paper wouldn’t rub out. I’m afraid to do it myself from fear of not knowing how to properly sand anything!
