Fantastic four-disc set which contains three concerts by Prince - First Avenue on August 3, 1983 (the live debuts of much of the Purple Rain album), First Avenue on June 7, 1984 (his famous "birthday show") and Syracuse, NY on March 30, 1985 - all in amazing sound quality. The fourth disc is a collection of live TV appearances / music videos that Prince made between 1981 and 1992. Beginning with Partyup on SNL and ending with the live in the studio version of Willing And Able from 1992, this disc has all the highlights in between, including the 10-minute version of America, recorded in Nice, France, the 18-minute I Would Die 4 U / Baby I'm A Star performance from the promo video, and many, many others as well. And like the rest of this fan-made set, this disc is all in fantastic sound quality. Perfect for that Prince fan that's forever in your life.
