In traditional Chinese medicine, the kidney is considered a maternal organ. Blockage of energy or Qi can cause harmful toxins to accumulate in the body. Chanca Piedra can be used to gently cleanse and detoxify the kidneys, helping the body to rejuvenate.
How to use the herb Chanca Piedra

Pour 2-3 cups of water into a deep pot and let it boil. Add 1 tablespoon of herb. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, strain and drink chilled.
Drink twice a day if needed. If desired, honey can be added.
