While we take precautions to protect your films, we are not liable for poorly maintained film.
 

Digital files offer convenience for storage, duplication, and backup purposes.
 

No urgent orders; the turnaround time is 30 days or less.
 

Upon receiving your film, we will evaluate its condition for the transfer process. We handle only films in good condition, cannot transfer sound film, splice, or conduct repairs. We provide complimentary editing to eliminate unwanted sections upon request.
 

Pack your film reels in a box and specify the quantity.
 

If you want your tapes returned, include a note with your order, and we will send you an invoice for the return shipping costs.   We depose of your films after 60 days.
