Little pintucks all around, release to create slight fullness.
Hem bordered with applied embroidered trims in orange, red, purple, green.
Lined with it's own built-in slip in black cotton. The lining is edged with beautiful black scalloped lace - love those Anthro details!
Ribbon hanger loops.
