This is a gorgeous, high quality, French cut crystal and ormolu bronze ashtray. Thick clear crystal with a faceted octagonal cut and is mounted with an ornate ormolu bronze edge along with two bronze cigar rests. The piece is in beautiful condition, I do not find any chips or cracks. Measures approximately 8.5 inches long x 4 inches wide x 1 1/4 inches tall, without the cigar rests. Resembles some pieces from Baccarat that I have seen, but I cannot find any makers mark on it.
