As your item is made especially for you, I cannot accept returns unless the product is deemed defective. Any claims of misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Shell Photo and Design within 30 days after the product has been delivered. Claims deemed an error on the part of my shop or the printer will be accepted and return shipping will be covered by us.

But please keep in mind, the printer starts working on your order as soon as you place it, so cancellations cannot be accepted.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to Shell Photo and Design no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
