• Condition: Both the lid and bowl are free of chips, cracks and fleabites, including the underside of the lid and inner rim of the sugar. There is a minor forming flaw on the bottom of one foot, which is minor but worth noting. The gold decor is excellent with only slight wear. There are no notable marks or scratches from use and storage. The bottom has light shelf wear as expected. The sugar base is marked "Haviland, France" in green underglaze, Mark I, which was used between 1894 and 1931. Both the lid and base are decorator marked "Decorated by, Haviland, Limoges" in red, mark c, which was used from 1889 to 1931.
