This is a Vintage Mcdonald's Changeables HOTCAKES Hotcakes-O-Dactyl Plastic Transforming Dinosaur Toy.  Made in 1990. It is 1 3/4 inches wide and 3 inches long when in in hotcakes form.  It is NEW in the bag.  This was a promo item for Mcdonald's Happy Meals. EAG
