This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE PAIR of CUFFLINKS that was made during the 1910s from 18K YELLOW GOLD. Maybe someone can tell me what these heads are? I see some sort of a CAT-LIKE or BAT-LIKE, MYTHOLOGICAL CREATURE with an unknown background/history. It looks like it has WHISKERS & FANGS?
Each mouth ia set with 1 OLD MINE CUT WHITE DIAMONDS that weigh approx. .06 ct. Each eye is set with 1 OLD MINE CUT DIAMOND that weigh approx. .02 ct each. The diamond setting for the eyes have closed backs and the total diamond weight is approx. .20 ctw. The heads measure 16.4 mm ear to ear by 16.4 mm north to south. The total weight is a heavy and solid feeling 16.9 grams. FINEST QUALITY ... RARE & ONE OF A KIND ... FOR THAT UNIQUE SOMEONE or UNIQUE GIFT!
