New OEM Audi painted Mirror Head Housing  - never installed.  It was painted only to realize it was wrong. It is still new, now painted metallic black (they come new in primer normally).

Please Note: This item has deep scratches on the face as well as the lower inside edge. Please see photos. 

This is for models with blind spot (small hole but glass) but without (NO) Lane Change assist (no larger amber reflector provision on the inner edge by door glass).
