Recipe for Healthy Raspberry Seed Powder Smoothie

100 g of frozen bananas
80 g of frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons raspberry seed powder
1 cup coconut water (or plant-based milk)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy your refreshing and healthy drink.

Face and body scrub: Mix a few spoonfuls of ground raspberry seeds with a suitable base oil until a thick consistency is obtained. Use on damp skin using circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
