Engraved Stainless Steel Cheeks Braided Nose Mechanical Roping Gaming Hackamore

  This is a very lightly used pre owned unmarked Engraved Surgical Steel Mechanical Hackamore featuring a braided russet leather nose.  This particular hackamore is made from Stainless Steel and features a braided noseband and 9 inch beautifully engraved shanks.  This hackamore has a special type of noseband that works on pressure points on the face, nose, and chin.  Like a bit, a hackamore can be gentle or harsh, depending on the hands of the rider.  It is a myth that a bit is cruel and a hackamore is gentler.   The included curb chain/strap works in a horse's curb groove and the flexible stainless leather covered noseband shapes to individual horse to sit on proper point of nose.  This is a very nice piece of quality tack that appears to be unused.  Although this hackamore appears similar to  Sliester engraved hackamores, this one is unmarked and is probably a copy made by another manufacturer.
