This is a Kuddle Me Toys Christmas Eagle 10" plush from 1999.  Still has the tag!  There are no rips or holes.  Does not have a bad smell.  The only thing I saw is there is a small scratch on the right eye (see last picture).  Such a cute addition to your Christmas decor!
