Other listings here of this item were made by Kemple Glass, but there is no "K" on the bottom.

Kemple Glass did not produce originals, rather they purchased molds from other glass makers and reintroduced classic designs.

This could either be from the Phoenix Glass portfolio (dates to early 1930s to early 1940s) or from McKee Glass before they sold their production to the Thatcher Glass Co (1957 forward).

My educated guess is the former.
