Lee 1/144 plastic model kit 2207 F/A-18 with Y-Kraft VFC-12 Fighting Omars decals for Arctic Splinter aggressor paint scheme. The kit is still shrink wrapped in excellent condition.
The built up model was built by Yuuichi Kurakami at Y-Kraft and shows how your kit can look with the special provided decals and Arctic Splinter paint job. There is lots of info and pictures of the "Fighting Omars" on the web. We have lots of images on file. If you need some guidance, message us and we can send you some good materials.
Yuuichi says that doing the Omars model was "painful but it turned out nice." I hear you, Yuuichi. It's better than I could do.
THE DECALS ARE PRINTED ON A CONTINUOUS SHEET, SO YOU NEED TO CUT THEM OUT SEPARATELY BEFORE DIPPING IN WATER. SUGGEST YOU APPLY THE LARGER DECALS FIRST, AND ALLOW TO DRY BEFORE APPLYING THE SMALLER ONES.
DON'T USE LAQUER TO CLEAR COAT. IT MIGHT DAMAGE THE DECALS. WE RECOMMEND ACRYLIC OR ENAMEL BASED CLEAR COATS.
