Item is pre-owned and in very good condition with no holes, tears or stains. I'm not sure if this originally came with a belt or not, but there are belt loops. I wore this & I put a gold belt with it & it looked great, brown is good too. Smoke free environment.

This is a very nice linen dress that is so versatile. You can dress it up or down and keep it plain or out a jacket over it. There are also panels in the skirt portion which makes it flare & is very comfortable. Shoulder to shoulder measures 15" x pit to pit measures 18.5" x shoulder to hem measures 41".
