Japanese Nobara Suzuki TES-370 Electric Taishogoto Synthesizer.

Japanese product with a 100v plug. You will need a step down voltage (from 120v - 100v) or you risk damaging the electronics. Product was made in the 80’s and is very hard to find in this condition. Original soft case, pick, and adapter included. I absolutely love this instrument but I have to let it go. Everything works as intended. Outputs to an external amp, midi, and headphones. You can play with a pick and string or you can play straight from the buttons like a piano keyboard. Very fun. Keys are laid out like a piano keyboard.

NOBARA (Wild Rose) is an electronic musical instrument:

It was made by Suzuki originally for playing Japanese traditional music, but you can play folk songs, modern songs, and children's songs as well.

It is in a beautiful dark wine red solid wood body and with a hard case,

With a 37-key keyboard and 2-string bridge and 3 drum pads.

It has 15 instrument sounds (including exotic Japanese traditional instruments like Koto Shamisen, Shakuhachi, etc) and 21 exotic percussions.

It has an internal speaker, audio output, headphone output, and MIDI IN/OUT.

You can play the instrument in two modes: keyboard mode (polyphonic) or Taisho Koto mode (monophonic) with a 2-string bridge.

This unique 2-string bridge can be played by the usual guitar pick, holding one key of the keyboard, and play 2-string bridge by pick like a guitar.

Japanese harp musicians often use fast trill play so it needs 2 strings with the same sounds.

Strings are sensitive to pick touch and pick velocity and electronic.

NOBARA has MIDI so you can play another MIDI synthesizer by this 2-string bridge.

It's very effective for guitar and bass kind of string instruments.

3 drum pads are also touch-sensitive and can play with your right fingers.

In drum mode, you can also play many exotic Japanese traditional percussion.

NOBARA's sounds are of high quality and very interesting to play.

NOBARA has MIDI so you can play these exotic sounds from another MIDI device.
