The painting measures 9" x 12" --- Total measurements including the frame is 12" x15".  

The frame is a very lightweight ornate plastic frame.

There are a few inconspicuous marks on the painting (circled in the photos) and the vintage plastic frame has some yellowing, dust that has settled in some of the nooks and crannies, and some light marks.
