Its unique training exercises and principles give the practitioner the ability to often overcome larger and stronger opponents, as well as developing "first strike" speed. Master Alan Lamb, a Hong Kong trained instructor of Wing Chun with over 40 years of experience now brings this unique system into the 21st century, adapting the principles of Wing Chun to today's streets in this unique series.
This is digitally remastered from the original VHS videocassette. Although everything has been done to enhance the picture and sound quality, some quality degradation may still exist.
