Here at Debi's Attic Gold in Wewoka, Oklahoma we have a Beautiful Vintage 925 Italy Sterling Silver Pendant 'Mary Conceived Without Sin For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee' Marian Cross Medal . It is 7/8" long x 5/8" wide & weighs 2.3g.

This is pre-owned, but I would consider it to be in very good condition only light scratches from wear needs a good buffing. See photos for more details.
