This is an original JL Cooper Electronics  0wner's / user's manual, for the dataMaster Synchronizer rack mounted adat synchronizer, in very good condition. It has one small mark on the front cover, but that's about it in terms of wear. 52 pages total, with great info on the use of this rack unit which has this function: The JLCooper DataMaster fully supports SMPTE, MTC and MMC with ADATs. It allows ADATs to slave to SMPTE. It will generate SMPTE, MTC when the ADAT is the master. This means you can use ADATs (or any device that supports ADAT sync) in a blended studio where analog and digital devices are used.
