Golf club is in excellent condition.  Head has nothing more than minor or expected signs of use.  It has no signs of functional damage and there are no indications of misuse or damage.  Grip is a little slick but useable. For maximum effectiveness club would benefit from a regrip. Shaft is in like-new condition with no signs of damage, wear or misuse.
