Vintage Signed Black & White Photo of Young Massachusetts Senator, Edward "Ted" Kennedy. This is an 10" x 8" photo appears to have been wet signed "with best wishes" with a blue marker by Ted Kennedy. It is NOT on regular photo paper, but on a thicker card stock. There is NO Certificate Of Authenticity so please look at photos & make your own judgment on authenticity. Photo is in fair condition as it does have mildew spots on the back of the photo. Some of the corners have small bends & there is a spot along the right edge. Again, the back of the photo has mildew spots along the top corners and there is some blue residue from what looks like how it was displayed. Please see photos.
