New in box, there is a small crease on the cardboard package, it doesn't affect anything. For ages 3 years old and up. This set includes: dog bed, food bowl, water bowl, bowl stand, newspaper, ball, treat toy, comb, bone, rope toy, collar, leash..   For most 18" dolls, I really don't see why other doll sizes can't enjoy this set.      Comes from a smoke- free home.****PLEASE NOTE- I do combine shipping cost on most of my items, message me before you purchase.
