Will this jig work without a router？
No. It’s designed to be used with a router. This is a router jig. However, if you do not have a router, use a quick square and a pencil. Line out the hinge area and with a chisel cut the hinge space out.
Dose this work on the door frame?
No. Only for the door. This tool is made to put the door hinge mortise on the door.
Does it come with a router bit ?
Yes it does come with a router bit and the storage space of the door hinge jig.
Is this for the standard 5/8 inch radius?
Yes, it can fit both for the standard 5/8 inch radius and 1/4 inch radius as well.
