This book has binding issues'. The first 101 pages have become loose from the binding, however they are still very much with the book and could be repaired should someone choose to do so. All pages are present and accounted for.

There is some minor wear spots on edge of cover, not in Mint condition, but not horrible either. With such a memory ridden piece, I'm sure you will love to add it to your collection.
