Fabletics calls this color Cherry burst. I'd say it's close to a maroon. 

They're new with tags, but the tag is bent.

-Waist 12.5-13" across when lying flat but stretch and are compression-type leggings

-Rise is about 10.25 inches. 

-Inseam is about 27 inches but as stated above, these stretch and have lines to cut to your desired length in one inch  increments
