Brand new factory sealed double feature is Out Of Print (OOP) in all formats and no longer being manufactured. This is the first authorized release of the cult western 'Cut-Throats Nine'. Declared as the goriest, horror spaghetti western ever made.
CUT-THROATS NINE: Is telling the frontier tale of seven prisoners chained together at the ankle for transport across 400 miles of inhospitable wilderness by a vengeful cavalry sargeant (who knows one of the men murdered his wife). Half-dead by his own admission, Sgt. Brown expresses doubt about being able to bring these men from a "lost corner of the world" to the "rotten cesspool" of Fort Green.
Fate forces Brown's hand when bandits attack the caravan, necessitating a forced march fueled by mutual hatred, "Were all part and parcel of a big rat trap," Brown declares in an uncharacteristly noirish opening narration. Cut-Throats Nine inflicts upon its characters a staggering throng of grievous bodily harm: rape, strangulation, amputation, evisceration, throat slittings, back stabbings, an eye shot out of its socket, a woman's head burst by a bullet, a man roasted alive--and (believe it or not) more!
JOSHUA: When a rancher named Sam decides to get himself a brand spankin' new mail order bride, no sooner than she arrives a vicious gang of hoodlums show up and kidnap her killing the housekeeper, Martha, in the process. Angered by this, and rightly so, Martha's son Joshua (Fred Williamson) takes it upon himself to track down the gang of killers and avenge his mother's death, freeing Sam's lovely wife in the process.
Given recent internal developments with the gang and their captive, however, that last part of his quest might be tougher than it sounds.
