This is a dark blue long sleeve Indiana Pacers shirt from Fanatics (officially licensed by the NBA). In the middle of the shirt is a tire with "Indiana Pacers Basketball" printed around the tire with the logo in between "Indiana" and "Pacers."

The shirt has not been used and still has the tags attached. However, on the back, near the bottom there are a couple of darker areas. These could be stains (that could come out in the wash) or could be manufacturing defects; it is hard to determine. They are near the bottom and are hard to see unless you're looking for them (see the last picture). Otherwise, the shirt looks great. The tag has the original price, which has been crossed out, and replaced by a hand written price ($19.99).

It measures approximately 21.5 inches from pit to pit, and approximately 29.5 inches from top to bottom. See pictures for how these dimensions were determined.
