Vintage 1977 signed black & white 8x10 glossy photo of then White House Director of the Office of Management & Budget, Bert Lance. Lance held office in 1977 under the Jimmy Carter Presidency. The signed photo measures approx 8" x 10" & has been signed with a black felt tip pen. Appears to be hand signed, but I cannot be 100% certain. Photo is in good condition & corners are still mostly sharp, but may have a small bends or scuffs. The back of the photo has a black smudge at the top that looks to be adhesive of some sort & there is a surface tear at the bottom of the photo (does not go through entire paper). Photo may have some discoloration from age & storage. Please note, I do NOT have a Certificate of Authenticity as this came from a relative's estate, so please judge authenticity for yourself.
