It does not include any cables or a power adapter. I requires 12 to 24 Volts 2 Amp

The devices show up in the windows device manager when I connect it to a window PC.

It appears in the windows device manager under Other Devices as IRISID USB GADGET
Windows does not install the driver.

To get software and drivers for it you have to register at IRISID and I assume wait for their response.

The development environment and functionality of the SDK for the OU7S-AK module closely mimics those of the widely deployed iData SDK for the IrisAccess iCAM series cameras. Application developers familiar with the other Iris ID development tools will find integration to be very simple.

Sample Application Source Code
The sample application source code is delivered as a part of the SDK. Sample SDK code is provided in C++ and C#.
