Vintage 90s Pre-Owned Tested and works well - blinks on/off light - uses 2 AA batteries not included. Has marks, scrapes, areas of missing paint, etc from age and normal use. Missing the top for the battery compartment but batteries fit in well - you could put a piece of duct tape over if you feel more secure about it. It is on the underside. Approx 8" Tall and 26.5" all the way around.
