The Smart Switch-Dimmer adds smart bulb functionality to traditional bulbs and keeps smart bulbs smart. The smart Wi-Fi switch works as a dimmer switch while enhancing the traditional bulb functionality to include out-of-home control, scheduling, and scene-setting. When Cync Smart Bulbs are installed, the smart switch allows app or voice control even when power is turned off at the switch. Pair the Smart Switch with Cync Smart bulbs in other fixtures like table lamps and control all your lights in the room from one wall switch. Cync Smart Switch wirelessly connects with other Cync Smart Switches so you can control the same light fixture from multiple switches. Simply DIY set up. The Smart Switch connects directly with Google Home and Amazon Alexa devices without a hub required. Neutral wire--usually a white or gray wire--is required.

Policies

If you do need to return your item, please contact us via email (you will receive an email when your product ships with additional details - Subject: Important information about your purchase). You will then be provided with a return shipping label and packing slip. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and return the item within 30 business days of the date you request a return, or your return will be canceled. Once we receive your order we will inspect the return. Please allow up to 5 business days of receiving the returned item for your refund.
