Trigger gently to avoid breaking the string.If the sound is too high, pull the wrench counterclockwise to get a flat tone; if the sound is too low pull the wrench clockwise to get a sharp tone.The strings have not been stabilized for the first tuning, so tuning deviation is normal and you need to re-tune the instrument 3-5 times.
