Hardcover book with dust jacket (or at least part of it), 768 pages

Fair condition. The dust jacket is in rough shape and is barely hanging on- it has many tears, wear, creasing, and smudging. The top edge of the book has a couple of stains. One corner of the book has some green tape on it. The book also has some wear. The pages are tanning a bit with age. Otherwise, the pages are in good shape. This is a very usable reading copy, but the jacket is not in good shape at all.
