VTG Women's 50s Blue Black Knit Lanz Dress Sz S? (See measurements), no belt

Dress does not have fabric, washing instructions or size label attached. Please see pics of measurements and let me know if you need anything else measured.

I believe the dress is a small, but check measurements.

There is some pilling under the arms, see pics. Small hole near right shoulder,  see last pic.

Dress does NOT include a belt. Dress buttons and zips in the back and does not have pockets.

Lining inside is thin and torn in spots due to age.
